A 4"x9", double-sided rack card was designed for Otay Ranch Town Center, a shopping mall in Chula Vista, CA.
Its purpose is to showcase the facility and tenants, driving awareness and foot traffic to the mall. Photography and copy were mostly provided by the client, sparingly supported with stock assets such as iconography and a manually-vectored and customized map. Although no brand guidelines were provided, we picked a similar sans serif font for the body copy of this project, contrasted by headings in a similarly rounded serif font. This project's target audience included residents local to or familiar with the Chula Vista community, and it included tenants for both casual and upscale shoppers, diners, or fitness/wellness enthusiasts.
